Jam is a favorite in our house and a must-have for breakfast, of course, if it's homemade.👌🏻☺️ While we're experiencing the last days of cranberry season, let's try to make the most of these healing cranberries while they're still available in markets and supermarkets. I put some in the freezer and made some marmalade. It's a marmalade I've been loving for years. 🥰 I'm sure some of you make it, and I want to tell you about my own method. I definitely make it without boiling it. It keeps for a year without spoiling or rancidity. If it stays that way, of course.😉🙈 and its vibrant color and aroma are even more delightful to us. I'm giving you the recipe I used in the video: 1.5 kg cranberries 1.5 kg sugar Making cranberry marmalade is very simple. I use one cup of sugar for one cup of cranberries. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add another cup after tasting it, or use less sugar. This recipe seems to be enough for us. I recommend making it even just a little before it's out of season.
