Tech Talk: Ngoni Egan (Electronic Beats TV)

Botswana born, Dublin raised and now Rotterdam based producer, live act and DJ, Ngoni Egan, steps into the hot seat for the latest episode of our Tech Talk series. Here Egan guides us through the many elements used in the creation of his atmospheric, percussive led sound which straddles the lines between Electro and Techno. Ngoni’s set up integrates an amalgamation of analogue and digital synths, classic and contemporary drum machines, outboard effects and a modular synthesiser which he weaves together with finesse, creating powerful dance floor focused cuts. Some of his tracks have found their way onto the likes of Carista’s United Identities, Slam helmed Soma sub-label Avoidant and more, tune in to find more about this rising talent in the Dutch scene.
