Since 2022, direct trains from Kawanishi-Noseguchi Station have almost disappeared, and now only two-car trains operating on the terminal section run back and forth. From Kofudai Station, a bus service to Minoh-Kayano on the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Line (extended in 2024) also departs, making the Myoken Line's terminal section seem like it's been left behind by time.
