17-18 aprile 1991 - Neve in pianura sul Piemonte, anche a Torino.

PIEDMONT - From late spring to midwinter, with heavy snow falling all the way to the plains. It all happened in a matter of hours, between April 17 and 18, 1991: temperatures plummeted by nearly 20°C and heavy snowfall even at low altitudes in many parts of the region. For the city of Turin, it was the most significant snowfall with accumulation in the second half of April since 1787, the year snow measurements began in the capital. Here's a report of the day with Gianfranco Bianco - TGR Rai Piemonte.
