I Turned Rough Pallet Wood Into 3 Useful Projects

This week in the workshop I’m turning rough pallet wood and leftover timber into three useful projects: a small square table, a planter box, and more progress on the outdoor pantry drawer. This is not a full build video — it’s a proper week in the shop. I experiment with cutting mortices without a chisel, clean up some very sketchy pallet boards for the planter box, and keep pushing the outdoor pantry forward with a fitted drawer bottom. If you're a beginner woodworker, working in a small workshop, or looking for practical ways to build useful things without expensive timber, this one is about the real process: rough stock, small experiments, steady progress, and knowing when “good enough” is actually pretty good. Projects in this video: Square table / small table build Planter box from reclaimed timber Outdoor pantry drawer progress Pallet wood milling and cleanup Dado stack mortice and tenon experiment We're all learning how to build useful, good-looking things without expensive timber or a perfect workshop. Thanks for watching, and I’ll catch you next week. #woodworking #reclaimedwood #palletwood #diywoodworking #smallworkshop 🙌 Support My Work 💖 Like, comment, and subscribe!
