Got Ripped w Farmers Carries! Insane Results from Ground Breaking Study. Day 101 Conclusion, Part 1.
Over the past 90 days, and stretched out to about 100 days due to a vacation interruption, I have walked about 250 kilometres, carrying on average 80 pounds for a total time under tension of approx 55 hours! Also I did over 10,000 push ups, 100 40 yard sprints, hundreds of burpees and some pull ups as well. As far as I can tell, no one else has done such work and documented their progress each step of the way as I have done. The results are really quite amazing I think. I'm 59 and no TRT.
