For the first time I tasted this dessert in a pastry shop in Chisinau and I liked it. Served with black tea, without sugar, it is fantastic. But when I traveled to Turkey, I understood how an authentic baklava should taste. In Turkey there are a multitude of types of baklava and they are all equally good.
