It is one of the oldest and largest universities in Russia. According to the results of official and independent expertise, OmSMU is constantly ranked among the 100 best universities of Russia. More than 8,500 specialists graduate from the university annually. Among graduates, there are more than 350 Doctors of Medicine, 1,600 Candidates of Medical and Biological sciences.
