Some info on how to grow Bare Root lithops that have been imported into the US during the winter months when you typically shouldn’t water. When importing during the winter, because of the potential damage caused by international Bare root shipping it is often necessary to water them once or twice to get the root system reengaged and growing again. Regular seasonal watering protocols can be resumed as soon as new growth is evident in the root system.
