Sixteen children, ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years old, were living in a tiny section of a five-bedroom, one-bathroom house. None of them were enrolled in school. Neighbors hadn't even known there were children in the house for years. The mother, father, and grandparents were arrested. They are charged with child abuse. They deny the charges.
