Must have Tailgate storage Build.

As requested here are some details on the frame-in-frame part of the build. The inner frame is primarily there for the rigidity of the cut-out part, which is now a door. It will need to be smaller than the frame attached to the tailgate itself so it should be made second. The frame in the tailgate should be half under the sheet metal and half not in locations so that the door can close against it serving as a stopper. I meant to use stainless steel hinges but got the wrong ones. The door could use a rubber mat for protection. Note my videos are to give you ideas and not to be a perfect step-by-step example as it leads to more confusion. I hope I inspired someone today. Share this with a truck guy.
