Your hair will also become less dry over time because it will be used to moisture. This routine will help you get defined curls and help them stay defined even after drying. Most people sleep on cotton pillowcase which dry out the hair which is why many blacks sleep with a scarf/bonnet on. A satin pillowcase would be the alternative/equivalent to that. What you do each day depends on you personally but whenever your hair feels dry spray a little water on it, add a little bit of product, fluff out your curls with your hands (not a pik/comb) and that should bring your curls back to life.
