Mix together . Add eggs. Mix until fluffy.Add crushed banana to the mixture. Gradually add salt, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, baking soda, sour cream and flour. Mix well. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. When done stick a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean its done. Optional 1 tsp rose water 1 tsp almond essence You can substitute plain yogurt for sour cream
