Chawanmoshi : 120 ml lukewarm chicken soup, One egg, 3 cooked shrimps, A bunch of spinach, A few sprigs of garlic or chives, A pinch of salt, A pinch of sugar, A few drops of Sake, 3/4 of a tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil (optional).
