Sometimes, a moment of awareness can change everything! Take care of yourself! In this video, we'll get straight to the point so you can treat your post-traumatic stress disorder and thus free yourself from the physical, emotional, psychological, and relational traps it imposes on us. In this video, we'll dive together to discover the hidden signs of post-traumatic stress. My mission is to help you recognize them so you can self-diagnose them, in real time with me. And you'll understand that this isn't just any stress. In the first part of this video, we'll understand together what post-traumatic stress disorder, also known as ESTP, is. In the second part of this video, I'll help you differentiate between two types of post-traumatic stress, one of which is called "complex," meaning a special form of post-traumatic stress disorder, which is triggered when a trauma is repeated or lasts for a long time. And it's very important to differentiate clearly because the two, even if they have similarities, are not necessarily treated in the same way, as you'll see why. So, don't miss this step. And finally, in the third part of this video, I'll take the time to detail the consequences and hidden side effects of post-traumatic stress. PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) is triggered after being exposed "directly" (by witnessing) or "indirectly" (when you learn what just happened to a loved one, for example). The shock was so severe, and it has become so deeply embedded in your brain's memory, that as soon as a noise, a smell, a place, or a situation reminds you of the event, your entire body goes on alert, without you even realizing it.
