Low Budget Mini Pond in the Garden for Guppies

I am currently on a holiday here and thought of making another pond for her. She likes keeping fish ponds in our small garden. This was a very low cost built and I mostly used materials that were lying around. Even the guppy fishes were taken from another pond that we have here. In total I think it would not cost more than INR 800-1000 or about USD 10-12$. If you have access to an old tub some soil, sand and plant cuttings it might work out even less. The plastic tub used holds about 50 litres of water and my mother had bought it from a local vendor at INR 200 ( USD 2.5 $). Compost and sand was available in the garden. You can actually go ahead and use any soil that you have for substrate. Sand capping is a must. I used some stones and gravel for a simple hardscape and added a few low demand submerged plants to complete the underwater scape. I bent some bonsai wire to make loop hooks that I used to mount some easy emerged plants that my mother was already growing hydroponically in some bottles and jars. I added some dried fallen twigs to add a bid of details. Some frogbits were added on the surface of the water. After a couple pf days I added 2 pairs of guppy fish which I took from another pond in the garden.
