Il palazzo Querini Stampalia e il restauro del 2006 - Una mattina con Carlo Scarpa
This is the first installment of a new online series titled "A Morning with Carlo Scarpa." In four weekly installments, the Ca' Foscari Tour guides will interview four scholars of the renowned architect via Zoom. The interviews are conducted in collaboration with the Querini Stampalia Foundation, FAI-Negozio Olivetti, and the Iuav University of Venice. In each episode, a specialist representing one of the participating institutions will discuss Carlo Scarpa and the architect's work in their respective institutions. Today's interview, conducted by guide Lia Milanesio, is dedicated to architect Mario Gemin and is titled "Carlo Scarpa: the Querini Stampalia Palace and its 2006 Restoration."
