We'll start by looking at some comparisons between different works of art from throughout art history and those from prehistoric art. Then, I'll give a brief introduction about why art emerged, when, and how it developed over time: from the Paleolithic period, through the Neolithic period, to the Metal Ages, and therefore, the gateway to history, which is the period we're currently in. If you think about it, prehistory is much longer than history, and yet, it's even less well-known due to the lack of written records, which means that archaeology interprets prehistoric art based on different finds. Prehistoric art isn't boring, so I'll try to explain it with touches of humor to make it more enjoyable.
