This is a sudden burst of air. Examples include: /p/ /b/ /t/ /d/ /k/ /g/ fricative - We stop part of the air so it can't come through everywhere. It is a stream of air. /f/ /v/ /s/ /z/ /h/ /ʃ/ /ʒ/ /ð/ /θ/ The other manners of articulation that are covered in the full video are affricates, nasals, liquids, and glides. Happy learning, Andrea
