FIXED! BMW Power Tailgate will not open or close; Power Liftgate will not raise up or down

The power tailgate on BMW X5 would unlock but would not raise up with the button on the dash nor would it lower down automatically with the red button on the tailgate. I replaced the old superseded part number with a USED module with the latest newest part number. I purchased the control module from an ebay seller called specializedgerman. I got a decent price and very FAST shipment. The powered tailgate operation was successfully restored without coding or any initializing, software or adjustments. It was just "plug and play" with this used particular part (your results might be different). I did however loose the coding previously done by me that enabled the tailgate to CLOSE from both the key fob and the dash button. I intend to restore that feature. The electronic control module was damaged due to water. I still need to find the source of the water (most probably from the sunroof drains not functioning properly) but in the meantime I have raised up the control module and put it into a waterproof bag. I purchased part # 61357335274 supersedes my original part number 61357304626. This part also REPORTEDLY supersedes 61357317419, 61357230669, 61357207576, 61357205352, 61357046342, 61357200464, 61357190325.
