Getting on DMR With Microsoft Windows & DUDE-Star. No Radio Required!

This video runs through the steps to get going on DMR using just a Windows PC and DUDE-Star Freeware. Hopefully its of some interest to those like me who don’t have an RF option in range of their QTH. It is not an in-depth guide, but should give you an idea of what is required and may inspire others.
