The tip saw was polished with Fuji Steel's tip saw polishing machine "D Kenmer". The rounded cutting edge can be sharpened by this polishing, and the sharpness is restored. D-Kemmer is a great deal because it comes with a polishing table and a disc grinder. Since the grinder is designed for low speed rotation (6000 rpm), there is no need to adjust the rotation speed. A diamond whetstone for polishing is also included, so it was very convenient to start polishing immediately. The tip clearance angle and rake angle can be easily adjusted with a hexagon wrench. Since it has a very simple structure, even a beginner like me could easily handle it. The tip saw was attached to Makita's rechargeable mower "MUR191LDZ". It was used for mowing last season, and it was rounded and dull at the end. By re-polishing the tip saw with this grinding machine, it may be revived about 5 times.
