KNOW YOUR CLASS Not everyone can or wants to do a burpee...give them the option of the side to side squat and then the two back lunges first. You can also tell your class they can stick with all 3 types of burpees I have at the end or do whatever one or combination of the 3 they want. Form, not speed is key here. Your heartrate will still skyrocket without the speed and ensure you are doing them correctly and safely!
