WW2 U.S. Gear M-1942 Type Machete 18” USMC 1944 ???
In this video we take a look at a M-1942, Type 18 inch machete.That was used in WW2 In the tropical region. The M-1942 machete would be the one that replaced the M 1939 machete. It is basically the same style that was used during the Vietnam war . This machete is stamp 1944 USMC, SWI there is quite some controversy whether this manufacture was or was not used in World War II . thanks for watching the web gear review.
