This is a new tutorial video I decided to make while disassembling a friend's Xbox One. It was freezing due to heating issues; the console would lock up after a few minutes. So I changed the thermal paste to solve this problem. The hardest part of this tutorial is disassembling the console. It's clipped on, so we'll need tools that will allow us to do it without damaging the plastic shell.
