Opening (Retracting) the BMW 645i/650i Convertible Soft Top Manually if it has an Issue
By request, here's a video on how to retract the soft top on a BMW e64 645i or 650i (probably similar to other BMW convertible models). There are several steps to the process, but before you start, BE SURE you have the physical trunk key as well as be sure to put the windows down prior to pulling the manual pulls in the trunk.
