Kepala Pekon Atar Lebar Tanggamus Korupsi Rp1 Miliar

KOTAAGUNG (12/18/2025) – The Corruption Eradication Unit of the Tanggamus Police Criminal Investigation Unit has arrested FH, the village head of Atar Lebar Village, Bandar Negeri Semuong, on suspicion of embezzling Rp 1 billion from Village Funds. In a press conference on Thursday, December 18, 2025, Tanggamus Police Chief, AKBP Rahmad Sujatmiko, stated that his officers arrested the village head on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at his relative's house in Negeri Agung, Talangpadang, after he failed to appear twice. AKBP Rahmad stated that the alleged corruption stemmed from a public report on February 3, 2025, reporting irregularities in the Atar Lebar Village Regional Budget (APBP) for the 2019–2021 and 2022 fiscal years. Based on an audit by the Tanggamus Regency Inspectorate on physical work in Atar Lebar Village, the village head is suspected of embezzling at least Rp 1 billion. The Police Chief stated that his team conducted a case review at the Lampung Regional Police and coordinated with the Tanggamus District Attorney's Office before arresting the village head.
