浄土真宗の最大の特徴【他宗教・他宗派にない親鸞聖人の教えの最大特色】

The "Last Judgment" is an eschatological worldview shared by Zoroastrianism and the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), in which God believes that at the end of the world, God will raise all the dead to judge them, separating those who will be given eternal life from those who will fall into hell. In Christianity, it is taught that "if you accept Jesus as the Messiah, you will be allowed into the Kingdom of God at the judgment after death." However, believers harbor a secret doubt: "Will I really be allowed into the Kingdom of God?" "Does the Last Judgment even exist?" This doubt leads to worries such as, "Perhaps I don't truly accept Jesus as the Messiah deep down... If so, I won't be able to go to the Kingdom of God." Therefore, Christians try to suppress this doubt by relying on two books: the New Testament, which compiles the biographies of Jesus' disciples, and the Old Testament, which contains Jewish mythology, and striving to believe. However, no matter how much one believes, one cannot know whether they will go to heaven until death, and anxiety remains constant. On the other hand, Jodo Shinshu Buddhism teaches that there is a clear and absolute happiness that can be attained during one's lifetime. This is called "Heizei Gōjō" (平生業成). "Heizei" means the present time of one's life. "Gō" means absolute happiness. "Jō" means to be able to attain; therefore, "Heizei Gōjō" means that absolute happiness can be attained in this world. This is one of the most significant differences between Jodo Shinshu Buddhism and other religious philosophies. Therefore, there is a crucial difference between Christianity and Islam, where the truth is uncertain until death, and Jodo Shinshu, where salvation is clearly attained in this world. Those who attain clear happiness in this world have absolutely no need to worry about judgment after death. Because the matter is settled in this life. I recently spoke with a young man in his 30s, originally from Africa and currently working in Toyama. He, too, was interested in the teachings of "Heisei Gyojo" (achieving happiness in this lifetime) and asked me many questions. His homeland was plagued by constant warfare until about 20 years ago, and many people died in urban warfare in the city where he was born and raised. He himself felt the fear of death and began to wonder, "No one can avoid death. Where do we go after we die?" He sought answers in Christianity but found nothing, leaving him feeling confused. I explained that everyone, without exception, harbors an anxious heart about what happens after death, and that in Buddhism, this feeling is called "the darkness of ignorance." I told him that Shinran Shonin taught how to break through this darkness and achieve absolute happiness in this world. He leaned forward, saying, "I've never heard anything like this before." The teachings of Heisei Gyojo are surprising to those who hear them. For those who want to learn more, I discuss it from various angles on YouTube. ----------------------------------------------------------------- "Understanding Buddhism" Official LINE Account Here ----------------------------------------------------------------- • Updates on videos and columns • Mini-corner explaining Buddhist terms in simple terms • Exclusive projects for LINE friends, etc. ▼"Understanding Buddhism" Official LINE Account Here https://lin.ee/GbzwYBX ----------------------------------------------------------------- 20-Lesson Free Email Course Here ----------------------------------------------------------------- https://peraichi.com/landing_pages/vi... ↑The free email course reveals the answer to the "meaning of life" as taught in Buddhism.
