Fred Swaniker, Founder of the African Leadership Academy and a dynamic entrepreneur, in conversation with Pamela Srivastava, General Manager, Sustainability and Outreach, Shiv Nadar Foundation. Fred Swaniker is the Founder of African Leadership Academy. A Ghanaian entrepreneur and leadership development expert who has been recognised by Echoing Green as one of fifteen “best emerging social entrepreneurs in the world” in 2006. He is deeply passionate about Africa and believes that the missing ingredient on the continent is good leadership. To add to that he founded two organizations that aim to catalyse a new generation of ethical & entrepreneurial African leaders. 'Conversations' is a series of Facebook live sessions with the global leaders from different fields of professions where they share their ideas and inspiration and also answer the live questions coming from the audience.
