GMT watches display an additional time zone, usually with a fourth hand, and are especially useful for travelers and people who communicate across different time zones. We compare two models: the Breitling Chronomat and the Longines Spirit Zulu Time. While both watches are considered GMT watches, only the Longines is referred to as a "true GMT." The crucial difference lies in the adjustable hour hand.
