Climbing has become a meditative experience. Originally from Hollister, California, Jett Johnson has found a new home in Seattle, Washington and in the climbing community there. Growing up, Jett spent time climbing and hiking around his hometown, occasionally climbing at indoor gyms. It wasn’t until his move to Seattle did he get reintroduced to climbing - and this time it clicked. Now, after a few months of climbing, he’s found a regular group of climbers to get outdoors with in the Seattle area. Climbing has been challenging and therapeutic for him as well as a hobby that he has found himself taking much more seriously than other hobbies he’s tried in the past.
