Easy DIY Boho Belled Sleeve Wrap Top Upcycle from a Scarf!

I absolutely love this scarf upcycle even though mine has a bit of a censor issue when I am wearing white underneath it lol. I have found that if I wear black underneath it, it looks fine and I also love that I can wear this top by tying it in the front as well which is how I will be wearing it from now on lol. It eliminates nipple gate lol.
