Mastering Capoeira 3. Intermediate (2 of 3) This movie was filmed back in 1989. This is not a style of capoeira played today. Their conditioning could be used. You can also get an idea on how some movements are made, and how to use them with ginga. I posted this video merely as a reference to how it all looked some time ago. It's a capoeira history, it's a history of its teaching. Their style isn't bad, but it's old-fashioned.
