Why World of Tanks will never truly recover...

Sorry for the cheap kajzoo-ish title, but it's true... HOW TO HELP ME FOR ONE OF THE NEXT VIDEOS: We are rebalancing every tank in the game. Not every tank should be on the same level as each other, but every tank should be at least playable, and at best, balanced. It's taking the game back to a much more even playing field than it currently is, while keeping the reasons you and me both play the tanks that we choose to. Please no suggestions that require changing tank models, such as "remove 59-Patton cupola." Even if it is a good idea, I likely will ignore it by default, as tanks weren't designed in real life to be like that.
