Spacey approached me near the end of the game's development looking for a unique boss theme for Gandr, and I decided I wanted to try a prog rock version of Kronii's "Daydream". While I was having an absolute blast cooking it up, our resident coder and metal guitar enjoyer tryptech decided he wanted to help out by recording some absolutely filthy live guitar performances on the track. His work heightened what I already thought was some of my best work into something truly special, and listening to this song in particular makes me think back to our work on this game and how truly unique and incredible of an opportunity it was.
