Life lately: Trying to love summer when it's ridiculously hot

It's a hot, hot summer here at the cottage. So I've been trying my best to find little joys and moments of gratitude despite feeling like the heat is going to get the better of me. Of course, one way I cooled off and felt happy was by visiting a thrift store where I found a few treasures for the cottage : ) I also visited a local farmer's market here in the Hudson Valley and was happy to find one where dogs are welcome! But it ended up being a little too hot for us both, so we cooled off down by the river. I made some tea with my bee balm and an infused oil for my skin.
