The time will increase with each working set, but we are also making it a little more challenging, we are including an ISO hold pyramid too. Which means we will be holding an ISO hold on the last rep of each set that will also increase in time with each set. •The working sets will be 20 | 40 | 70 seconds with ISO Holds of 5 | 10 | 15 seconds on the last rep of each set. •Take it at your own pace, feel free to pause and take a break anytime during the workout.
