Visitando una finca con mal acceso

This property is beautiful, both the 5 hectares of land and the house with its new walls and roof. The farmhouse has some areas for improvement, such as the kitchen layout and the need to add a bathroom upstairs. The staircase is dangerous and impractical, but I'm sure that can be fixed somehow. What can't be fixed, however, is the access, as it's 9 km from town, and the last 2 km require a 4x4.
