I weighed up both options - the home education I could provide for my children vs the current UK school system. My biggest deciding factor was how my children would feel each day doing either option- it seemed very likely to me that home education would provide a lower stress environment, where my kids could feel safe all the time, and would be validated as individuals. That was enough for me- I knew we could home educate for free as the whole of life is learning, plus there are free homeschool resources if I needed them. And that was it! I didn’t take on board external people’s opinions as they weren’t my kids’ parents and they didn’t know about home education (most people don’t) and I’m very glad I didn’t. #homeschoolinguk #howtohomeeducate #homeschoolersoftiktok #howtohomeschool #homeeducatinguk
