Today I ate Spicy Stir-fried Cheese Ramen! It came out recently! I was going to boil only 3 packets at first, but I ended up adding one more packet! It didn’t look enough for me. I topped it with 2 slices of cheddar cheese and brought side dishes, spicy seasoned fried chicken, and sunny-side-up eggs! 😉🧡 The bottom line is… it was so delicious! It tasted really familiar because it tasted a lot like Carbonara Fire Noodles, but the noodles were very transparent and chewy! And it was a bit spicier and cheesy! The noodles absorbed all the sauce, so the texture was incredible! I ate it with seasoned fried chicken, and I felt like I was in heaven 🤦🏻‍♀️ If you love cheesy food and spicy stir-fried ramen (such as Fire Noodles or Carbonara Fire Noodles), I highly recommend giving it a try if you get the chance!
