I will go over 5 reasons why these are a great bit of kit that will allow you to build muscle and to get stronger. What i love about gymnastic rings is just how flexible they are, how they make normal exercises harder and just how portable they are. These rings are like a portable gym, all you need is something to attach too, overhead like a tree or bar and you are good to go. They are simple to use and are very cheap.Doing exercises like push ups or pull ups to inverted rows are just better on gymnastic rings. They offer you that flexibility to find the right width for your build, and allow movement and rotation during the range of motion which is great on the joint but they make these exercises more challenging, the push up or dip become so much harder while on the gymnastic rings as they take away that stability, meaning you need to strengthen your stabilizer muscles and need more strength to do the move which in the long run makes you stronger. Gymnastic rings are one of my favorites and in this video i will explain why. I think they are better than suspension trainers like trx mainly because they are so much cheaper and have duel anchors, so they are safer and the more exercises you can do.
