My Husky ROLLED In My Birthday Dinner! 🦀

It is officially my birthday! To celebrate another trip around the sun, we started the day with a visit from our favorite window squirrel friend who was snacking on some popcorn. Eleanor and Kira were absolutely fascinated by the little guy in the window! It was a great start to the day, especially since Jamie is finally feeling much better and was able to sleep in a real bed last night. We also spent some time packing up the last of the 2026 calendar orders before the weather took a crazy turn. For my birthday dinner, I really wanted King Crab legs, so we went on a bit of a hunting trip to find them! After steaming them up, we decided to see if the girls wanted to try a bite. Memphis and Eleanor gobbled theirs up immediately, but Kira had a very... unique reaction. If you have been watching Snow Dogs Vlogs for a while, you probably know exactly what she did with the seafood! We finished off the night with some delicious Bumpy Cake and a playtime session with Kira's absolute favorite tail teaser toy. To cap off the birthday celebrations, Jamie surprised me with the most incredible homemade gift. He used his 3D printer to make a stunning carousel horse lamp that actually moves! It is so cool to see the process of how he built it. By the next morning, the weather prediction finally came true, and we woke up to a massive snowstorm with heavy winds. It was the perfect cozy end to a wonderful birthday.
