This is the BEST east in years

With the craziness of the NBA offseason, the entire landscape of the NBA has changed top to bottom especially in the Eastern Conference. For the past 5-10 years the western conference has always been looked at as the best and more stacked conference. But with this offseason the tide has changed and outside of the Spurs and Thunder the top dogs are in the east. This is without Lebron potentially rejoining the conference as well.
