It is being told that after this survey, the cases of land disputes will reduce in Bihar. But, there is still a lot of confusion among the people regarding land survey. Common people are confused about submitting genealogy, Khatian and other documents. इन दिनों पूरे बिहार में जमीन सर्वे का काम तेजी से हो रहा है. बताया जा रहा है कि इस सर्वे के बाद बिहार में भूमि विवाद के मामले कम हो जाएंगे. लेकिन, जमीन सर्वे को लेकर अभी भी लोगों के बीच काफी कंफ्यूजन की स्थिति है. आम लोग वंशावली, खतियान और अन्य कागजातों को जमा करने को लेकर असमंजस में है. जमीन सर्वे को लेकर लोगों के मन में कही सवाल हैं. ऐसे में बिहार के अलग-अलग इलाकों में लोग ब्लॉग और अंचल कार्यालय का चक्कर लगाकर परेशान हो रहे हैं. हालांकि बिहार सरकार भू एवं राजस्व विभाग का कहना है कि जमीन सर्वे के दौरान लोगों को किसी भी तरह की समस्या नहीं होने दी जाएगी. सर्वे में खतियान की आवश्यकता नहीं है. लेकिन, सर्वे के पहले जिस तरह से रैयतों और किसानों की परेशानी बढ़ी है यह काफी गंभीर मामला है. कई लोगों के दादा, पिता या अन्य सगे संबंधियों के नाम से जमीन है. कई जमीन ऑनलाइन अपडेट नहीं है, जिसको लेकर लोग परेशान हैं. वहीं लोगों का कहना है कि जब वे कागजात निकालने जाते हैं ब्लॉक और अभिलेखागार में उनका जमकर दोहन होता है.
