Palmer Elementary School [DEMOLISHED]

UPDATE 4/7/2021 - Palmer Elementary is actively undergoing demolition in April 2021. Built in 1951, officially opened in 1953, and closed in 2019...the public had one last chance to walk through the ancient halls of Palmer Elementary School before its demolition. Artifacts and photos from the past, including the 1953 time capsule and its contents, were on display. Old architecture and original pieces include creepy derelict fountains, 1950's tile, and mismatched exterior clocks. I enjoyed this open invite to do some legal Urban Exploration and see a school for the first time...also the last. I did not go to this school, but spending just 2 hours walking around and filming, I will always remember it as if it were one the schools from my past.
