Ingredients: 500 g of wheat flour 10 g of dry baker's yeast 2 tablespoons of oil 1 teaspoon of coarse salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 200 ml of warm water red chorizo to taste (enough) flour for kneading Preparation: Cut the chorizo into thin slices and set aside. Add the yeast to the flour, mix, add water and start kneading, then add the salt and continue kneading and add water as the dough needs, knead for 5 minutes with insistence, place in a bowl and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size, in a warm place. Degas the dough and make balls the size of a fist, stretch each ball and place slices of chorizo on the surface to taste. Roll up, close the ends and place each loaf on a baking tray sprinkled with flour or lined with parchment paper. Make 2 or 3 cuts with a knife on the surface of the loaves, sprinkle with a little flour and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place. 10 minutes before the end of the bread's resting time, turn on the oven to heat up.
