A delightful combination of crispy, buttery cookies and a luscious, chocolatey cake—perfect for Iftar or any sweet craving! 📅 Episode Details: 📅 Date: 18th March 2025 📺 Channel: Masala TV 👩‍🍳 Chef: Shireen Anwar Pistachio Cookies Ingredients: Butter 225 grams Brown sugar 175 grams Icing sugar 175 grams Eggs 2 Flour 350 grams Chocolate chips 150 grams Pistachios 50 grams Baking soda 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pistachio paste as required Method: Mix butter, brown sugar and icing sugar well. Now add eggs to it and mix. Then mix chocolate chips, pistachios, flour, soda and salt in it and keep it in the freezer. After cooling, make 50 gram balls of it. After that, fill them with pistachio paste and bake at 160c for 12 minutes. Royal Classic Chocolate Cake Ingredients: Sugar 130 grams Oil 65 grams Yogurt 65 grams Egg 1 Cocoa 20 grams Flour 113 grams Baking powder 3 grams Baking soda 3 grams Water 80 grams For the base: Royal chocolate 200 grams Cream 100 grams Butter 30 grams Method: First mix all the liquid ingredients together. Then mix the dry ingredients in them and bake at 150c for 25-30 minutes. The sponge is ready. After that, add lukewarm water. For the frosting, melt the chocolate, cream and butter in a double boiler. The frosting is ready. Now layer the cake with this frosting and let the cake cool.
