The English Pointer is a hunting dog that originated around 1713. As you can see, the English Pointer is a large dog, weighing between 15 and 25 kg. The English Pointer has a very good temperament, although it does have that hunting instinct in its blood. It's important to train the English Pointer to obey commands. The English Pointer is very easy to care for since its coat is short. The English Pointer is very healthy and rarely suffers from hip dysplasia.
