On international flights, night shifts are sometimes unavoidable due to time differences, but in America, there are flights called "red-eye" flights, which depart at night and arrive at the destination in the early morning. 👀 They're called that because it's difficult to sleep well on the plane, and pilots often end up with bloodshot eyes. After a night shift, there's generally about 24 hours of rest.
