警察官を装い事故処理 不正改造の“黒バイ”に乗る自称SNSクリエイターの男に拘禁刑6カ月を求刑 宮城 (26/06/15 18:35)

The trial of a man accused of illegally modifying a motorcycle and posing as a "black motorcycle police officer" to respond to a traffic accident has begun at the Sendai District Court. The prosecution has requested a sentence of six months imprisonment. According to the indictment, the defendant, Yuto Abe (21), a self-proclaimed SNS creator residing in Matsushima Town, Miyagi Prefecture, illegally modified his motorcycle to resemble a "black motorcycle." Furthermore, in September of last year, at the scene of a traffic accident in Izumi Ward, he allegedly impersonated a police officer, stating, "We are the Miyagi Prefectural Police's Anti-Gang Unit, a unit that deals with biker gangs," to respond to the accident. At the initial hearing on June 15th, Abe admitted to the charges, stating, "There is no mistake." In their opening statement, the prosecution pointed out that Abe had been caught three times for driving without a license during his youth. During subsequent questioning, Abe explained his motive, saying, "I encountered an accident scene while touring and became interested in police activities." In their closing arguments, the prosecution requested a six-month prison sentence, arguing that the defendant impersonated a police officer to handle the accident, which had a significant negative impact on society. On the other hand, the defense argued that there was no premeditation or ulterior motive, and requested leniency.
